I confirm receipt of all supplies mentioned on the below inventory sheet, and I bear responsibility for returning all of these supplies in good condition when requested, or by the semester's end. I will pay the replacement cost for all damaged, lost, or stolen equipment.

Box of 70 jumper wires, various lengths
Set of tools, including a multimeter (model 82345, from Craftsman), long-nose electrical pliers (from Companion), two picks (right-angle and 45°-angle, from Craftsman), and two small screwdrivers (Phillips and slotted, both from Craftsman).
A small bag of analog electrical components, including:
- four 1.2KΩ resistors (brown-red-red-gold)
- one 6.2Ω resistor (blue-red-gold-gold)
- one 220μF capacitor
- one 0.047μF capacitor
- one 10KΩ or 20KΩ potentiometer
- four tactile switches
- one buzzer
